Booking & Reservations
How do I book a ride?
You can book online 24/7 at bwilimousineservice.net/booking — enter your pickup/drop-off, choose a vehicle, and get instant pricing. You can also call us at (800) 699-0858 and our dispatch team will take your reservation over the phone.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle class. For airport pickups, earlier is better — especially during holiday travel. Same-day bookings are often possible by calling us directly.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes. Cancellations made 4+ hours before your scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations inside 4 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the fare. No-shows are charged the full fare. To modify or cancel, call (800) 699-0858 or log in to your account.
Can someone else book a ride on my behalf?
Yes. A travel coordinator, assistant, or family member can book a ride for you. Just provide the passenger name and contact number during booking so the driver knows who to look for.
Is there a minimum booking requirement?
There is no minimum for point-to-point transfers. Hourly charter bookings start at a 2-hour minimum.
Pricing & Payment
How is pricing calculated?
Our pricing is flat-rate and calculated upfront based on your route, vehicle type, and any add-ons (meet & greet, child seats, etc.). What you see when you book is exactly what you pay — no surge, no meter, no surprises.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your quoted fare is all-inclusive: tolls, fuel, and standard wait time are included. Airport fees such as terminal access surcharges may be itemized separately in your breakdown but are always shown before you confirm.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Corporate accounts can be set up for monthly invoicing with Net 30 terms. Cash is not accepted.
Can I tip the driver?
Tips are appreciated but never required. You can add a tip at booking or give cash directly to your driver. 100% of the tip goes to your chauffeur.
Do you offer discounts?
Round-trip bookings automatically receive a discount on the return leg. Corporate volume clients receive negotiated rates. Occasional promotional codes are available — check our booking page for current offers.
Airport Pickups
What if my flight is delayed?
No extra charge. We track every inbound flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver's arrival time adjusts automatically. You pay the original quoted rate regardless of the delay length.
How long will my driver wait for me?
Domestic arrivals receive 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from the scheduled landing time. International arrivals receive 90 minutes to account for customs and immigration. Beyond these windows, an additional wait fee may apply.
How do I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be inside the arrivals hall holding a name sign with your name on it. You'll also receive your driver's name, photo, and direct cell number approximately 30 minutes before your flight lands.
Do you offer meet & greet service?
Yes. Meet & greet is available at an additional fee and includes your driver meeting you directly at the baggage carousel. This is ideal for first-time visitors, VIP guests, or when you're traveling with heavy luggage.
What airports do you serve?
We serve BWI (Baltimore/Washington International), DCA (Ronald Reagan Washington National), and IAD (Washington Dulles International). We also cover PHL (Philadelphia) and other regional airports by request.
Vehicles & Drivers
What vehicles are in your fleet?
Our fleet includes executive sedans (1–3 passengers), premium SUVs (1–5 passengers), and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans (up to 12 passengers). All vehicles are late-model, immaculately maintained, and leather-appointed.
Are your drivers licensed and background-checked?
Yes. Every driver holds a valid commercial chauffeur's license issued by Maryland, Virginia, or DC, has passed a comprehensive criminal background check, and carries full commercial liability insurance. Checks are renewed annually.
Can I request a specific driver?
If you've had a great experience with a specific chauffeur, you can request them by name when booking or calling. We'll do our best to accommodate the request based on availability.
Do vehicles have WiFi or phone chargers?
All vehicles are equipped with USB charging ports. WiFi is available in Sprinter vans on request. Complimentary bottled water is provided on every trip.
Can I bring luggage or sports equipment?
Standard luggage is always accommodated. For oversized items (golf bags, ski equipment, bicycles), please note it in your special instructions at booking so we can dispatch a vehicle with appropriate cargo space.
Corporate & Groups
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. Corporate accounts include a dedicated account manager, monthly invoicing, department cost codes, multi-user portal access, and priority vehicle availability. Contact us at [email protected] to open an account within 24 hours.
Can you handle large group transportation?
Yes. We regularly coordinate multi-vehicle fleets for corporate events, weddings, and conference groups. Tell us your group size, pickup locations, and timing and we'll build a custom logistics plan.
Do you service out-of-state routes?
Yes. Long-distance runs to Philadelphia, Richmond, New York City, and other cities are available. Contact us for a custom quote on any route outside our standard DMV service area.
