Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BWI Limousine Service website at bwilimousineservice.net and all transportation services provided by BWI Limousine Service ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a trip or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Reservations & Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of our written or electronic confirmation. Booking requests submitted online or by phone are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation number or email from us.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information, passenger name, contact number, flight details (where applicable), and any special requirements at the time of booking. We are not liable for service failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. Pricing & Payment

All fares are quoted in US dollars and are inclusive of base fare, fuel, tolls, and standard wait time. Prices are locked at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Wait time beyond the complimentary window (60 minutes domestic, 90 minutes international arrivals).
  • Additional stops not included in the original booking.
  • Out-of-area pickups or drop-offs beyond our standard service zone.
  • Add-ons such as meet & greet, child seats, or premium amenities.
  • Cleaning fees for vehicles requiring extraordinary cleaning after a trip.

Payment is collected at the time of booking by credit card. Corporate accounts with approved credit terms are invoiced monthly. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept cash, checks, or cryptocurrency.

3. Cancellation Policy

4+ hours before pickup: Full refund. No cancellation fee.

2–4 hours before pickup: 50% of the booked fare charged as a cancellation fee.

Less than 2 hours before pickup: 100% of the booked fare is charged.

No-show: 100% of the booked fare is charged. A no-show is defined as the customer not being available at the confirmed pickup location within the complimentary wait window.

To cancel a reservation, call us at (800) 699-0858 or log in to your account. Cancellation requests must be received by our dispatch team — voicemails or emails sent but not acknowledged do not constitute a cancellation.

For cancellations due to airline-cancelled flights, we will issue a full credit toward a future booking upon presentation of the airline cancellation notice.

4. Wait Time & Late Arrivals

For airport pickups, the complimentary wait period begins from the flight’s actual arrival time (tracked in real-time) — not the scheduled arrival. For non-airport pickups, the complimentary wait period is 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

After the complimentary window expires, additional wait time is billed at the prevailing hourly rate prorated per 15-minute increment. If the customer cannot be reached after the wait window, the driver may depart and the no-show policy applies.

5. Driver & Vehicle Assignment

We reserve the right to assign any qualified, licensed chauffeur from our fleet to fulfill your reservation. Specific driver requests will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle class when the reserved vehicle is unavailable due to mechanical issues or other circumstances.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful manner at all times. The following are strictly prohibited in all vehicles:

  • Consumption of alcohol (except in vehicles specifically equipped and authorized for it).
  • Use of illegal substances.
  • Smoking or vaping of any kind.
  • Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward the driver or any person.
  • Tampering with vehicle controls or equipment.
  • Exceeding the maximum passenger capacity of the vehicle.

Any passenger violating these terms may be asked to exit the vehicle immediately. No refund will be issued in such cases, and the customer will be responsible for any damage to the vehicle.

7. Liability & Limitation

We maintain full commercial liability insurance as required by the licensing authorities of Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. Our liability for any claim arising from a trip shall not exceed the fare paid for that specific trip.

We are not liable for:

  • Missed flights, connections, or appointments due to traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, or other conditions beyond our control.
  • Items left in a vehicle (although we will make reasonable efforts to return lost property).
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
  • Force majeure events including acts of God, government actions, pandemics, or natural disasters.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on bwilimousineservice.net — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of BWI Limousine Service and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maryland.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
